The birth of your child is one of the most significant and emotional moments of your life. It's a day filled with anticipation, strength, love and overwhelming joy - the kind of day that deserves to be remembered in all its raw beauty. Unfortunately, I know this all too well from my own experience. When my daughter was born, I didn't have a birth photographer, and now, I find myself with few photos from those hours in the L&D ward. While I cherish those images, I deeply regret not having a full story to look back on - a story that captures every tear, every smile and every moment of connection during her birth.

This is why I've made it my mission to ensure other families have the opportunity to preserve these fleeting moments. Birth photography is about more than just pictures, it's about capturing the essence of your journey. The raw emotions, the strength and the sheer beauty of bringing a new life into the world. I plan to have a birth photographer (and a doula!) at any and all of my future pregnancies, because I understand now, more than ever, the importance of those memories.
